Organizational Details

Planning a destination wedding is an exciting and unique adventure; we make the organization of your special day easy and worry free.  Your coordinator will keep you current on the progress of your event with regular updates and confirmations via email and you are free to call her should you prefer to chat in person.

Once your deposit has been received your personal wedding planner will send you a complete confirmation email covering all key issues.

No detail is regarded as too small; you can discuss flowers, menus and any other services. Prior to departure a detailed wedding program will be forwarded to you covering every aspect of the event.
