Hi Laura and Nino!
First of all we want to thank you for organizing the day yesterday, and for taking a great active role in it. Without your help and effort it would not have happened so nicely or smoothly. Special thanks to Nino, for bearing with us through the lengthy vows...that was not easy.
After we split yesterday, we headed to Portofino and walked through the town towards the church on the hill. There were soo soo many photos taken, and the photographer that was recommended to you by Anna-Lisa was so passionate and determined to get best angles, best shots...oh and so so many of them. We would highly recommend him to you for the future!
After we dropped off the photographer, as planned, we headed to the Cezare's restaurant on the hill, were we were greeted with a nice welcome and fabulous service (exactly what we needed, friendly and recognizing our day, but not making a big fuss about it). Food we had was very authentic, and while sometimes that may work better for Mr. Malkovich than for Mrs. Malkovich, this time selection of appetizers was soo huge, primi pasta with funghi and pesto was awesome, and entree of the local white fish was probably best piece of white fish either one of us ever had. Topped off with a simple Wedding Cake and wine from Aunt Rena...and of course unbelievable view...it was a dinner to remember forever. Thank you for recommending the right place and organizing all the other details that together made for a great experience to remember.
So all in all we are very happy with our day yesterday, and are looking forward to the rest of our vacation in Europe and rest of our lives together.
So that's about it from us...tonight we will go to Portofino for dinner if the rain holds off.

Thank you so much for all of your hard work planning our wedding. I still have to be pinched to believe it was not just an elaborate dream! The day was perfect and beyond our expectations. Thank you for recommending Santa Margherita, and the Villa Durazzo, the setting was spectacular and the town captured our hearts. Bill and I even altered our honeymoon to return to Santa Margherita. We knew we couldn't leave Italy leaving certain things undone, particularly Cinque Terre and swimming in Paraggi. As much as I thought Vernazza was beautiful when I saw it, I am so thrilled that we married in Santa Margherita instead.
We never expected that so many of our family and friends could make the trip to celebrate our day with us. Your efforts and your countless emails saw our wedding evolve from what started as a private ceremony with just the two of us in Vernazza, to the most beautiful wedding day either of us could have imagined - surrounded by family and friends and yet still so intimate. We never felt any stress about any of the little details that weddings all entail. Guiseppe (our photographer), our violinist, our florist, Enrico (makeup) and Antonella (hair) we're all wonderful - oh and don't forget to thank Elena in Rome for chasing paperwork for us - it was a flawless day. Thank you for recommending the Hotel; it is truly a hidden gem. We felt like family there and the cocktail reception they put on was lovely. As well as the restaurant in Portofino! Our dinner reception was so delicious and the setting on the water looking back at Portofino was magical.
I cannot imagine how we could have managed such an event without your help and guidance. It was so seamless; everything we had hoped for. Thank you again and please pass our name on to anyone requesting a reference. I cannot say enough...
