Grazie mille!! Everything turned out very well. Josh and I were very happy with both of the ceremonies.
Max did a fantastic job, he was so helpful with everything. The villa was absolutely beautiful.
Giuseppe also was very kind and took lots of pictures. We haven't received them in the mail yet, but I am sure they will be great. Serena did a great job with my hair. I couldn't be any happier with it.
I will be sending you a picture of it to forward to her. I think she wants to use it for her future clients. The flowers were beautiful too. The make up artist was very nice. It was really hard to communicate to her exactly what I wanted, but I think it was due to the language barrier.
You can definitely use my email address to give to future clients. No problem!

Everything was perfect... we had a fantastic day and wonderful week in Bellagio.
Giorgia and Elisa were fantastic on the day - we are looking forward to the photos.
They even arranged for the sun to be shining too!!!!
The registrar was great he made us feel relaxed with his fun sense of humour!
My bouquet was beautiful - thank you to the florist - it was perfect, just what I wanted X
Daniela, a big thanks for arranging everything for us, you made everything so easy.. we are more than happy for you to list our email addresses for references as you wish. Getting married in Bellagio was absolutely fantastic and we would certainly recommend it to anyone X

Hi Daniela,
I'm sorry for the late reply. We returned from Italy late on Friday evening and today is the first day back at work - back to reality! I just wanted to thank you so much for everything you have done to make our wedding possible. We had the most wonderful time and we are so happy that we are now finally married.
We found that the services that you had provided were excellent, Max was lovely and made us feel very at ease both on the Thursday when we were going through the paperwork at the town hall and meeting with the priest, and also on the wedding day itself. Please pass on our thanks to him.
The church was beautiful, I had only really seen it from the outside previously so it was a lovely surprise to discover how lovely the inside of the church was and also how fabulous the priest was. All of our guests have commented on how lovely the service was and in particular how good the organist was. We were very pleased with the organist, he went through the music that we had chosen with us on the Thursday and also made his own choices for parts of the service where he felt that music would be appropriate. It really added to the atmosphere and occasion. The flowers were also very beautiful and were exactly as I had hoped.
The photographer was also very good considering the fact that it kept raining on and off. I hope he managed to keep his equipment dry. (I kept being told that 'Sposa bagnata, sposa fortunata' - fingers crossed!). We are looking forward to receiving the disk for us to choose the prints that we would like and to see how the photographs came out.
I am more than happy for you to use my email for couples looking into using your company. A couple of friends have recently shown an interest in arranging weddings in Italy so I may also pass on details of your company to them if they decide that an Italian destination wedding is definitely what they are going to choose. I would like to thank you for your prompt responses to my many emails and also for your patience towards the problems I encountered with international banking.

Just to let you know that the photographs and certificates finally arrived and we are really very happy with them. I can't believe how many photographs there are on the CD! The photographer captured the day very well and going through the photographs brought back all of the wonderful memories and all the moments that had made us smile on the day. Our families and friends have also enjoyed looking at these with us.

Many many thanks for all your help in organising our fairytale wedding. The day was nothing less than perfect.
Nothing could cloud the wonderful wedding we had and I'm just mentioning it as feedback for you, so give me a call tomorrow or so if you'd like more detailed feedback on all the services (The Cipressi manager and the rest of the hotel team were amazing, a great help).

Let me just start by saying that we had the most fabulous wedding EVER!! It went so smoothly and we both agreed that the day could not have been more perfect!
The staff at the Villa Cipressi were brilliant and very helpful and the wedding meal was amazing - we were all very full afterwards and had to dance the meal off!!
The weather was wonderful and the guests all commented on how different and enjoyable the boat ride was after the ceremony.
Overall, the day just went by so fast and this is due to the great work you did to prepare for the day. Max was wonderful on the day as he answered many of our last minute questions. We have many wonderful photos of the day so I have attached a couple so you can see how much we enjoyed the day for yourself!!
No complaints from Matt or myself or any of the guests - We all had an amazing day!!
