Wedding in Umbria
Our wedding and honeymoon were spectacular and memorable! Italy is the country for a truly fairytale wedding! Our experiences with Euroevents and Travel greatly reduced the stress usually associated with wedding planning. We just wanted to thank you for all your hard work.
Your assistant, Veronica, is a saint. After getting on the wrong train from Rome to Florence (the local 4 hr. train vs. the express 90 min. train), we were completely panicked. We had only 3 hours before the Prefeturra offices closed and had no way to contact Veronica. Veronica waited in the cold outside the U.S. Consulate, and convinced the Italian Prefeturra office to stay open beyond their usual business hours so we could complete our paperwork and get married according to schedule.
Umbria was spectacular. We loved Bevagna and L'Orto degli Angeli. The entire staff at L'Orto was amazing, and they were dedicated to making our stay a memorable one! Francesca, the owner, insured that our wedding reception was perfect; including the food and wine selections, it was an excellent meal. The town of Bevagna was a picture perfect medieval Italian village. Walking the cobblestone streets while eating our gelati was just one of the many simple pleasures we and our family enjoyed. The restaurants in Bevagna were wonderful, serving local cuisine that was fresh and delicious. The trip to the Lungarotti winery was terrific, in fact we purchased a case of wine from which we will enjoy a bottle every year on our anniversary!
Our wedding day in Assisi was a once in a lifetime experience. The ceremony, given by the Consigliore, was beautiful. We were even privileged enough to meet the Mayor of Assisi and were welcomed to take pictures in his office, overlooking the piazza. Andrea, our photographer, took us to many beautiful landscapes within Assisi, we felt like supermodels!
Sonia, we cannot thank you enough for all of the planning and coordination that you and your assistants did to make our wedding and trip absolutely flawless. Your attention to every detail did not go unrecognized. It is very difficult to put our feelings and experiences into words. Our family had the trip of a lifetime, and will have unforgettable memories of our stay in Italy. We are so fortunate to have found you and Euroevents and Travel; and we would be delighted to recommend your firm to any couple that is looking for an unforgettable wedding experience!

Civil Wedding in Spoleto, Umbria
We arrived back in Jersey yesterday, having had a fantastic time in Italy. We both want to take this opportunity to thank you very much for your hard work in organizing the wedding – it was everything we wanted and more! The hotel was first class and made us all feel very welcome and relaxed. Maria and Paolo were full of good energy and ensured that the wedding day went to plan.
We had a great honeymoon in Abruzzo and enjoyed your country immensely, especially the Umbria region. Rome was a real eye-opener and will certainly draw us back in the near future. It was just a shame that we had only 1 full day there…..no way near enough!

Civil Wedding in Spoleto

We had such a great wedding adventure. When people ask me about our wedding, their mouths drop, they comment that it is truly a fairytale come true. I tell them I know a “great coordinator”! We really enjoyed meeting you both, having lunch with you. These are fond memories for us both and hope we will meet again some day.
