To Obtain the NULLA OSTA you will need to obtain from your Civil Registrar a:

Constancia de Solteria - a type of certificate of Non-Impediment done in Mexico at your local registrar where you live plus your PASSPORT.

Send these documents to the Mexican Consulate in Rome and they will prepare a Nulla Osta and send it to us (we will provide correct address).  There is a fee of approximate Euro 80 to be paid and you will need to pick up the documents directly and sign for them although we will try to pick them up ourselves (but this is not always possible). 

This means you need to plan to go through Rome.
