A signed contract with deposit is required to enable us to confirm your location, wedding date and services. You will then receive written notification once everything is secured and continue to receive written updates from your wedding planner. We believe that written correspondence is the most secure way of planning a wedding for both sides and offers the most guarantees.
All our contracts are standard and the terms cannot be altered – it would not be fair to treat one couple differently from another. The contract format we use has been the same in all our years in business and we stand by whatever services listed in it to guarantee that your wedding day is perfect and worry free.
The contract will include whatever services you have selected. Additional services can be added as the planning progresses, these will be invoiced separately as you confirm them. Prior to departure you will receive a very detailed wedding program which will specify every detail that has been covered during the months of planning, phone calls and email correspondence. It will tie everything together and guarantees that all services have been re-confirmed and are definitely secured.
