Cancellations

It is possible to change or cancel your wedding should the need arise.  If you have a change in wedding plans notify us as soon as possible so that we can let our vendors know.   We will try to accommodate the changes as best possible when they occur.  Cancellation fees vary depending on how far ahead of the wedding date they occur and expenses incurred beforehand on our part and those of our vendors.

You will need to inform us of your changes in writing and be certain that we have received your written notice. Your wedding planner will then advise you as to the next steps.

The closer the change occurs to a wedding date, the harder it will be to re-schedule or cancel your event altogether without further penalties. 

It is possible to purchase re-booking coverage for emergency situations; ask your wedding planner for details.
