Setting	Corso Umberto, a fashionable and characteristic downtown Taormina street, for pedestrians only.
Exterior	Beautifully kept former palace, pinkish facade, arched doorway.
Interior	Formal and elegant with plenty of sunshine, a huge coat of arms and wonderful seating.
Accompaniment	All kind of music allowed, either live or from CD player.
Ceremonies	Civil ceremony, performed in Italian with translator.
Capacity	15 people sitting, up to 20 standing.

The outside is that of a former palace reflecting all of the history of the town through the centuries.

Intricate marble inlay and framed windows with coats of arms look quite impressive.

As you enter, a cloister enclosing a set of marble stairs will bring you to the first floor, where the formal Wedding Hall is located.

The Sala del Consiglio is lined in rich woods exalting the painted coat of arms representing the town. The Mayor performs the ceremony.
