Entertainment	Stringed instruments, the traditional mandolin and guitar. Soft background music.

Food	Well known owner personally overseas the preparation of food. Mediterranean cuisine, with a very refined, one of a kind twist. The seafood dishes are superb, but so are the flans and the unusual desserts. The dishes are tastefully decorated with blossoms and other visually appealing designs.
